Question 99 of The Impossible Quiz puts you in front of a traffic light, which is displaying red when you enter the question. There's a sign next to the traffic light that says "Next Question 14 2½", which is a clickable object. A 10-second bomb is on the top right corner, as usual.
Just wait until the bomb has 1 second left. The yellow light will turn on when the timer reaches 2, and they'll both turn off while the green one turns on when the timer hits 1. That's your chance to press the sign. Trying to click it before the timer reaches 1 will take a life away from you, so you have to be really precise with your timing.
HTML5 Version[]
In the HTML5 release, the light will turn yellow when the bomb reaches 4 and turns green when it reaches 3, giving you a little more time to click the sign.
