Question 91 of The Impossible Quiz 2 shows Amy Rose, a character from the "Sonic the Hedgehog" franchise, pointing a gun to her head. There is no task on the screen, though after a random amount of time, a gun's aim will appear on her face for a couple of seconds before disappearing.

This scene is taken from Splapp-Me-Do's animation "Sonic Breaks his Neck", specifically from the moment after Tails happily tells Amy about Sonic's death, to which she freaks out and proceeds to kill herself. As such, when the aim appears, you have to click it to shoot the gun and blow her head. Blood will spray everywhere for a while before her body falls over and you're sent to the next question. 

If you click while the aim isn't on screen, or you don't click before the aim disappears, it will transform into a cross that has "Missed" written on it, and you'll lose a life, so you have to be fast.

Due to both the violent content of this question and Sega's ownership of copyright on the character Amy Rose, the iOS port of The Impossible Quiz 2 had it completely removed, with its spot being taken by the original Question 92 ("How many lives do you have?").

To fit with this change, the original answer, which was "None - I'm on Question 92 of The Impossible Quiz 2 :(", was obviously changed to "None - I'm on Question 91 of The Impossible Quiz 2 :(".
