Clash between Prehistory and Industrial Revolution

Battle of Hastings

Question 147 of The Impossible Quiz Book is the forty-seventh question of the third chapter, and at this point the eras from the past are beginning to clash as well, with this question being the result of the Prehistoric era and the Industrial Revolution entangling into a plain mess.

When you get here, the question is obscured by a vine similar to those seen in previous Prehistoric questions; simply remove it, and read what the game has to tell you: "Uhh... Isn't messing with time dangerous?". The possible answers to this are "No!", "Yes!", "I don't care!" and "The Battle of Hastings?".

The answer is "The Battle of Hastings?", as you're probably feeling guilty about this immense havoc you have caused and you are trying to change the subject.

In case you're curious, the Battle of Hastings is an actual battle between Norman-French army of Duke William II of Normandy and English army under the Anglo-Saxon King Harold II, during the Norman conquest of England on 14 October 1066. The battle took place a few miles away from the English town of Hastings, and the Norman came out as victorious.

  • The question number is made out using traits of the Ice Age theme (the light blue circle and the first two digits) and the Monochrome video game era of Chapter 2 (the "7").
  • The question message is the same tone of red as questions in The Impossible Quiz 2.
